Pricelist WINTER 2020 - 2021

All prices are listed in EUR and apply for room rental per person or day or apartment per day.
The pricelist is valid from 01.12.2020 by 01.04.2021 (Lower price is for 7 day stay).

The prices are informative and may be a subject to change.
The prices include VAT. The tourist tax is not included in the price and totals € 2 person/day.
 

Supplementary payments

• Final cleaning: 10-35 EUR
• Breakfast : 10 EUR/day
• Additional bed 15 EUR/day
• Child on existing bed from 6 yeas on 10 EUR/day
• Baby bed: 8 EUR/day
• Pets: 10 EUR/day
• Tourist tax: 2 EUR/day
• Use of SAUNA: 12 EUR/person
• Accommodation of less than 3 nights is charged with additional 20% according to the selected date and number of persons.
   

General terms and conditions

Bookings:

When we confirm your booking, you are kindly asked to pay an advance in the amount of 30% of the total value of accommodation.  If you are making your payment from abroad, you must indicate IBAN: SI 56 0317 8100 0144 266 and BIC: SKBAI2X

Arrivals:

On the day of your arrival, your apartment is ready from 3 p.m.

Departures:

We kindly ask you to leave your apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Cancellations:

In case of a cancellation  we will keep the total of your paid advance.
In any case we reserve the right to change you with administrative costs related to the cancellation.
